spring festival

This Saturday 20 April 2024 from about 11am I’ll be selling Merton bread at the Spring Festival in the bombed out Coventry Cathedral. I’m thinking about fermenting four types of bread: simple, botanical, semolina scald and cinnamon and raisin.

Come and say hi, or buy some bread, or both.
