Excited to let you know that I’m opening up my kitchen to anyone interested in a hands-on experience of fermenting and shaping sourdough bread.
These will be each Friday afternoon starting 1 November 2024. They’ll be by appointment only so drop me an email at info [at] mertonbakery [dot] com.
You’re welcome to come for all or part of the process, and you can be any level of experience. I’ll normally start at 1pm and be finished by 7pm.
