I’m happy to announce that I’ll be running two new all day beginners sourdough workshops on Sunday 19 January 2025 and Sunday 9 February 2025. These workshops introduce people to fermenting sourdough bread and no experience whatsoever is required.
Both workshops will be held at the Hope Community Centre in Coventry and are limited to 8 people. If you’d like to sign up please email Rachel Ward.
