I’m happy to announce that I’ll be running a new all day beginners sourdough workshop on Sunday 19 January 2025. This workshop introduces people to fermenting sourdough bread and no experience whatsoever is required.
The workshop will be held at the Hope Community Centre in Coventry and is limited to 6 people. If you’d like to sign up please email Rachel Ward at cogscoventry@gmail.com.
